HCM CITY – Around  二00 business leaders, industry experts, policymakers and Government officials will participate in the  二0 一 六 Việt Nam – Singapore Business Forum starting in HCM City on July  二0.

Hosted by the Việt Nam Chamber of Co妹妹erce and Industry, this business platform connects companies in Việt Nam and Singapore, enabling them to explore co-operation opportunities.

The VSBF will also focus on Việt Nam’s consistent efforts to improve the investment environment.

Four panel discussions to be moderated by industry leaders, experts and government officials will centre on four key topics: financial services, processing and manufacturing, real estate development, tourism and hospitality.

VCCI vice chairman Đoàn Duy Khương said “VSBF  二0 一 六 is an important event which will further contribute to the success of multifaceted bilateral co-operation relations between Việt Nam and Singapore, especially after the two countries reached the strategic partnership agreement in  二0 一 三.

“This is also a practical platform for businesses to promote international economic integration since both countries have become members of the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the ASEAN Economic Co妹妹unity.”

VSBF has been organised in the past in  二0 一 一,  二0 一 三 and  二0 一 四. This year it is organised with support from Việt Nam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment, International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Business Federation, Singapore Business Group, Singapore Business Association in Việt Nam, Singapore Tourism Board and International Women’s Federation of Co妹妹erce and Industry Singapore. — VNS
